Abstract: 본 발명은 스피커의 주파수 범위에 대한 이상음(Rub&Buzz) 특성을 분석하여 불량 스피커를 검출하는 스피커 이상음 검사방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 정상 스피커의 이상음 특성을 양의 값으로 표시하는 정상값 표시단계와; 상기 정상 스피커의 이상음 특성을 음의 값으로 표시하는 반전값 표시단계와; 검사대상 스피커의 이상음 특성을 양의 값으로 표시하는 검사대상값 표시단계와; 상기 반전값 표시단계의 음의 값과 상기 검사대상값 표시단계의 양의 값을 더하여 보정된 결과값을 표시하는 보정값 표시단계와; 상기 정상 스피커의 이상음 특성을 기준으로 소정 범위의 상한값을 설정하는 상한값 설정단계; 및 상기 보정값이 상기 상한값을 초과하는지에 따라 정상 스피커 또는 불량 스피커로 판단하는 이상음 판단단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스피커 이상음 검사방법에 의해 달성된다. 이에 따른 본 발명은, 스피커의 이상음 특성을 단순화하여 가독성을 향상시킴으로써 검사대상 스피커에 대한 이상음 검사를 빠르고 정확하게 수행할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a speaker rub and buzz distortion testing method for detecting a defective speaker by analyzing rub and buzz distortion properties in a frequency range of a speaker. According to the present invention, the speaker rub and buzz distortion testing method comprises the following steps of: a normal value displaying step for displaying rub and buzz distortion properties of a normal speaker as a plus value; a reversal value displaying step for displaying the rub and buzz distortion properties of the normal speaker as a minus value; a test object value displaying step for displaying rub and buzz distortion properties of a test target speaker as a plus value; a corrected value displaying step for adding the minus value of the reversal value displaying step and the plus value of the test object displaying step and displaying a corrected value; a maximum value setting step for setting a maximum value in a predetermined range based on the rub and buzz distortion properties of the normal speaker; and a rub and buzz distortion determining step for determining a speaker as a normal speaker or a defective speaker depending on whether the corrected value exceeds the maximum value or not. The prevent invention has the effect of rapidly and accurately conducting a rub and buzz distortion test about a test target speaker by simplifying rub and buzz distortion properties of a speaker and improving readability of the rub and buzz distortion properties.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A speaker test box having a vibration damping member is provided to reduce personnel expenses and to enhance productivity by testing a speaker in a production line. CONSTITUTION: A speaker test box having a vibration damping member comprises a body member(100), a sound absorbing unit, a movable member(300), and vibration damping unit(400). The body member is composed of an upper plate(110), a lower plate(130), a connection frame(150), and a plurality of partitioning walls(170). A joining hole(111) joining with a jig(40) where a speaker is seated are formed in the upper plate. Abstract: The present invention relates to a temperature measuring device of a speaker voice coil and, more specifically, to a temperature measuring device capable of not only reducing working time but also improving the accuracy of a measured value when measuring the heating temperature of the voice coil. To achieve the forementioned purposes, the present invention includes: a voltage generator which provides a predetermined DC voltage to be applied in the voice coil; a D/A converter which applies the DC voltage which is provided from the voltage generator in the voice coil by converting the DC voltage into a reference voltage of a predetermined magnitude; a signal generator which outputs a signal for driving the voice coil; an amplifier which drives the voice coil by amplifying the signal of the signal generator; a filter which blocks an AC voltage and passes only a DC voltage in a voltage which is generated by driving the voice coil; an A/D converter which converts the DC voltage which passes through the filter into a digital signal; and a micro-processor which controls the D/A converter and converts a DC voltage which is measured by the A/D converter into the heating temperature of the voice coil by comparing the DC voltage with the reference voltage. The present invention is able to not only reduce working time but also improve the accuracy of a measured value when measuring the temperature of a voice coil because the heating temperature of the voice coil can be automatically measured by an easy setting of a user.
