Abstract: 본 발명은 골접합 기구에 관한 것으로서, 그 구성은 고리형상으로 골절부위에서 신체의 온도에 의해 그 형상이 변화되어 골절부를 조여서 고정시키도록 형상기억합금으로 이루어진 크램프(10)로 된 것이다.
상기 본 발명의 구성에 의하면, 종래의 골접합용 기구를 시술할 때 와같이 천공등으로 인한 뼈의 손상이 없이 골절부위에 1분정도만 유지시키면 스스로 골절부위가 결합된 상태에서 고정되도록 하여 수술이 매우 간단해 지는 것이다.
그리고, 골접합용 기구의 구조상 절개 부위를 최소화할 수 있어 이 또한 수술을 간단하게 마칠 수 있으며, 기능회복에 유리한 효과를 나타낼 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device is provided which is kept at the fractured part for about 1 minute for the fractured part to be fixed for itself to decrease operation work. CONSTITUTION: The device is characterized by the following components: Cramp(10) which is produced by ring form memory alloy and tightens to fix the fractured part by the change of shape as the temperature of body, a pair of loop-shaped holding part(11) wherein the cramp(10) is consisted to hold one and the other side at the center of the fractured part and a connection part(12) which connects the part(11) to be configured entirely.
