Abstract: 축산 배설수 등에 이용하는 폭기처리장치의 정화효율을 높이고, 설비비용을 저감하며, 나아가 환경오염을 방지한다.
유기질 폐액의 폭기조는 외조(1)와, 외조 내에 입설된 폭기관(2)으로 이루어진다. 이 폭기관(2)은 하부 관주벽에 흡입공(3), 상부 관주벽에 산포공(4)을 가지고, 하부 내측에는 송기관(5)에 연결된 산기두(6)를 내장하고 있다. 외조(1) 내에서 생물분해된 피처리액은 폭기관(2) 내에서 폭기되어 생성하는 거품과 함께 부착 유기물을 일부 산포공(4)로부터 외조(1) 내에 산포환원하면서 슬러지 침강조에 송출한다. 본 발명에서는 이와같은 폭기조를 복수기 연설하여, 초초의 폭기조에서 슬러지 침강조에 송출된 거품의 웃물을, 나머지의 폭기조로 순차 폭기 순환하면서 정화하여, 정화수를 얻을 수 있다. 정화수는 가축사의 세정수나 액비로서 이용한다.-

Abstract: A culture-fluid treatment equipment and a water culture equipment using it are provided to efficiently supply oxygen to a culture fluid, thereby increasing the oxygen demand required for the growth of water plants. A culture-fluid treatment equipment comprises: a purification tank(10) which receives a culture fluid to be treated; a purification part which is installed in the purification tank and purifies contaminants contained in the culture fluid by microorganisms; and an aeration tank(40) which aerates the culture fluid flowing out from the purification part. A water culture equipment using the culture-fluid treatment equipment comprises: a culture medium tank for culturing crops; and a purification tank for purifying a culture fluid flowing out from the culture medium tank and recirculating the purified culture fluid into the culture medium tank.

Abstract: Sprout culture equipment is provided to reduce the use of water, improve the growing environment of sprouts, and simplify the harvesting process. A sprout culture equipment comprises: a culture container(10) for germinating seeds; a supply part(50) for supplying water to the culture container; and a treatment/circulation part(30) for purifying the water flowing out from the culture container and circulating the purified water into the supply part. The culture container is set to remove the testa of germinated seeds and comprises a cutting part for removing the root of the germinated seeds and facilitating the harvesting of sprouts. The treatment/circulation part comprises: a filtering tank(31) which is filled with filter media(32) and firstly treats the water flowing out from the culture container; a storage tank(34) which stores the treated water and is connected to the supply part; and an aeration part which is installed in the storage tank and aerates the treated water. In the treatment/circulation part, the aeration part comprises: an aeration pipe(35) having an inlet(36) at the lower end and an outlet(37) at the upper end; air diffusers(38,53) installed at the lower part of the inside of the aeration pipe; and blowers(39,54) connected to the air diffuser. The supply part is extended to the bottom of the storage tank and comprises a supply pipe(51), nozzles(56), and a transfer part.

Abstract: The challenge is to increase the purification efficiency of aeration apparatuses used for livestock excretory liquid, etc., to reduce the apparatus cost and prevent environmental pollution. The organic waste fluid aeration tank consists of an outer tank (1) and an aeration tube (2) installed within the outer tank. This aeration tube (2) has suction holes (3) set in the lower tube wall and scatter holes (4) set in the upper tube wall. An air-scatter head (6) coupled to a blast pipe (5) is built into the base of the tube. The liquid being treated is decomposed biologically within the outer tank (1), and is aerated within the aeration tube (2). It is expelled into a sludge sedimentation tank. A portion of the attached organic substances and generated bubbles is scattered back into the outer tank (1) through the scatter holes (4). In this invention, multiple units of the above-mentioned tanks are employed in series. Pure water is obtained through the purification of supernatant liquid delivered to the sludge sedimentation tank from the first aeration tank by aeration in the remaining tank. The pure water is used as wash water for pig houses and liquefied fertilizer.
