Abstract: An automatic broadcasting device and a method thereof using a TTS(Text To Speech) engine and database are provided to perform automatic guide announce at a desired time if a user inputs a text or selects a scenario. A database(110) stores scenario and source data. A voice input unit(120) converts the inputted voice into the audio data. A user input unit(130) edits or adds the scenario data. A TTS module(140) converts the text data into the voice. A voice output unit outputs the voice to a broadcasting system. An automatic broadcasting device announces automatic guide at a desired time of the user.
