Abstract: PURPOSE: A transmission line determination method based on user side termination service quality in a wireless communication system and apparatus thereof are provided to determine a transmission line based on user side service quality. CONSTITUTION: A measurement unit(110) acquires the service quality of a user side. A control unit(130) selects one or more transmission lines which satisfy the request of a user according to a fixed standard. The measurement unit and the control unit are located to a user terminal. The measurement service includes a quality measurement unit(101) or a network search unit(105). The service quality measurement unit measures the user side service quality. The network searching unit searches the satisfaction of the user side quality and measures searching information.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A moving relay cell choice device of a wireless communication system and a method thereof are provided to solve communication disconnection with scanning of moving relay in a mobile terminal by completing the scanning at the same time through proceeding the scanning in the moving relay and the mobile terminal at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A moving RS(Relay Station) proceeds scanning. The moving Relay Station and the MS(Mobile Station)1-MS3 proceeds the scanning at the same time. When hand over about a neighboring base station with the best signal quality is proceeded, the adjacent base station is configured to a handover-predicted base station.

Abstract: 펨토셀 기지국 탐색 방법 및 이를 이용한 펨토셀 통신 시스템이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 펨토셀 기지국 탐색 방법은, 자신을 등록한 펨토셀 기지국들의 정보와 인접한 브로드셀 기지국들의 리스트를 저장하고 있는 사용자 단말을 포함하는 펨토셀 통신 시스템에서, 서빙 기지국으로부터 펨토셀 기지국으로의 핸드오버를 위해 접속 가능한 펨토셀 기지국을 탐색하는 방법으로서, 상기 사용자 단말에서, 상기 서빙 기지국이 상기 브로드셀 기지국 리스트에 존재하는 경우, 탐색 구간을 요청하는 탐색 요청 메시지에 상기 펨토셀 기지국들의 정보를 포함시켜 상기 서빙 기지국으로 전송하는 단계, 상기 서빙 기지국에서, 상기 탐색 요청 메시지에 응답하여 탐색 구간이 포함된 탐색 응답 메시지를 상기 사용자 단말로 전송하는 단계, 및 상기 사용자 단말에서, 상기 탐색 응답 메시지에 응답하여 상기 탐색 구간에 대해 접속 가능한 펨토셀 기지국들을 탐색하고, 탐색 결과 메시지를 상기 서빙 기지국으로 전송하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 펨토셀 기지국 탐색 방법은 접속 가능성이 큰 펨토셀 기지국들에 대해서만 탐색을 수행하므로, 탐색 대상이 되는 펨토셀 기지국의 수가 제한되어 핸드오버가 수행될 펨토셀 기지국을 탐색하는데 걸리는 시간을 최소화할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A group handover method of a broadband wireless communication system supporting a mobile relay station and a device thereof are provided to enable a mobile relay station to perform handover instead of terminals. CONSTITUTION: Mobile relay stations(310,312) transmit a measurement report message to a serving base station wherein the measurement report message includes at least one of type information and a cell identifier of the mobile relay station. The mobile stations receive a message which indicates handover to a target base station from the serving base station. The mobile relay stations disconnect connection with the serving base station. The mobile relay stations perform synchronization for the target base station and obtain wireless resources.
