Abstract: A processing and equipments for oxide thermoelectric module is provided to secure the reliability of the thermoelectric semiconductor and improve conductivity by applying pressure continuously when manufacturing a thermoelectric semiconductor module. In a processing and equipments for oxide thermoelectric module, the end of each support bar(130) is connected to the upper support plate(112). A plurality of support bars is capable of being inserted or drawn, and the other end of each tie bars is connected to the bottom-supporting plate(120). The pressure from a pressure generating unit(140) is applied to the plurality of tie bars, and a compressed sensor(150) is adhered to the bottom surface of the upper support plate. An Input pressure value is maintained constantly to correspond to the sensing value from the compressed sensor.

Abstract: 본 발명은 산화물 열전 반도체를 이용한 고온 발전용 모듈 접합을 위한 보조 장치로서 세라믹 기판 재료에 인쇄된 전극과 산화물 열전 재료의 고온 접합을 용이하게 하기 위한 장치이다. 이 장치는 고온에 직접적으로 노출되는 장치로 고온 변형이 적고 기계적 성질의 변화가 적은 Ni합금계 등 금속을 이용하여 설계되었으며 금속형틀 상판, 금속형틀 하판, 볼트와 너트를 구성되어 있으며 n, p형의 열전 반도체 쌍, 세라믹기판, 접합전극으로 구성된 산화물 열전 모듈을 용이하게 제작하기 위한 장치이다.
