Abstract: 본 발명은 친수성 알부민과, 하이드록시기를 갖는 소수성 항암제가 링커를 통해 결합되며, 수용액에서 자기 집합체(self-aggregate)를 형성하는 항암제-링커-알부민 결합체, 이의 약물전달 용도 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 항암제-링커-알부민 결합체는 수계에서 자기집합체를 형성하여 암조직에 대한 선택성이 높을 뿐만 아니라, 약물을 장기간 지속적으로 방출할 수 있고, 또한 자기집합체의 내부에 항암제를 추가적으로 첨가하여 화학적 결합으로 제한되어 있는 약물 함유량을 늘릴 수 있기 때문에 암에 대한 항암화학요법에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to: an anticancer agent-linker-albumin conjugate which is obtained by combining a hydrophilic albumin and a hydrophobic anticancer agent with a hydroxyl group through a linker, and forms self-aggregate in an aqueous solution; a drug delivery use thereof; and a preparation method thereof. The anticancer agent-linker-albumin conjugate of the present invention forms the self-aggregate in an aqueous solution for improving the selectivity against cancer tissues, is capable of continuously emitting drugs, is capable of increasing the contents of drugs limited by a chemical bonding by additionally adding the anticancer agent into the self-aggregate, and is capable of being used for a cancer chemotherapy.

Abstract translation: 本发明涉及：通过接头将亲水性白蛋白和疏水性抗癌剂与羟基结合而得到的抗癌剂 - 接头 - 白蛋白结合物，并在水溶液中形成自聚集体; 其药物递送用途; 及其制备方法。 本发明的抗癌剂 - 接头 - 白蛋白结合物在用于提高对癌组织的选择性的水溶液中形成自聚集体，能够连续地发射药物，能够通过化学键合限制的药物的含量增加 另外将抗癌剂添加到自聚集体中，并且能够用于癌症化疗。
