Abstract: PURPOSE: An InP/GaP/ZnS quantum dot is provided to secure high quantum yield and photochemical stability, excellent fluorescence characteristic, and to produce a white LED with high luminous efficiency and long lifetime. CONSTITUTION: An InP/GaP/ZnS quantum dot includes an InP core, and GaP and ZnS successively forming shells. A weight ratio of Ga and In is 8-20%, and the InP core has an average diameter of 2.5-4.0 nm and the emission peak of 500-600 nm. An average diameter of the whole quantum dot is 4.2-6.5 nm. A white LED uses the InP/GaP/ZnS quantum dot.

Abstract: 본 발명은 InP/GaP/ZnS 양자점과 이를 이용한 백색 LED에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 InP 코아에 GaP와 ZnS가 차례로 쉘 구조를 이루는 나노 결정상의 양자점으로서 양자수율이 높고, 높은 형광을 내며 광학적 안정성과 열 안정성, 수중 분산성 및 좁은 방출 밴드를 가짐으로써 백색 LED에 이용하는 경우 우수한 발광효과를 나타내는 InP/GaP/ZnS 나노 결정과 이를 이용한 백색 LED에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A transgenic chicken and a method for producing the same are provided to ensure anti-viral ability and to be used as a model animal for preventing viral diseases. CONSTITUTION: A vector for transformation contains a promoter which is operable in birds and a 3D8 scFv gene which is operatively linked to the promoter. The promoter is a chicken beta-actin gene promoter. The 3D8 scFv gene further contains a reporter gene. The reporter gene is HA-tag. A method for producing a transgenic chicken comprises: a step of preparing the vector; a step of transducing the vector to chicken fertilized eggs; and a step of hatching the fertilized eggs.
