    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for environmentally-friendly reforming the surface of macromolecule resin is provided to treat high-density and high-speed by preventing ion migration and delamination. CONSTITUTION: A method for environmentally-friendly reforming the surface of macromolecule resin is as follows. Magnetic fluid nano particles(Fe3O4) are produced. The surface of the magnetic fluid nano particles is coated with SiO2. The surface of the SiO2 is coated with TiO2 nano particles. A composite photocatalyst colloid of Fe3O4-TiO2 or Fe3O4-SiO2-TiO2 is produced. Magnetic fields and UV rays are simultaneously applied to the surface of a resin substrate. A metal plating layer is formed on the surface of the resin substrate.

    Abstract: A nanosilver-clay composite colloid material, a method for producing the same, and a composition for antimicrobial process of a fiber are provided to maintain an antimicrobial property of an antimicrobially processed natural fiber or synthetic fiber, by forming the colloid material of silver nanoparticles and clay. A nanosilver-clay composite colloid material is formed by mixing a dispersion solution of hydrophilic clay, a precursor containing silver, and a polymer stabilizer. The dispersion solution contains hydrophilic clay particles having diameters of 200-500 nm. The hydrophilic clay is selected from laponite, montmorillonite, vermiculite, kaolinite, and a combination thereof. The polymer stabilizer is selected from polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyacrylamide, and a combination thereof. Further, the precursor containing silver is AgNO3, AgClO4, AgClO3 or a compound thereof.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A semiconductor electrode which includes an antimony oxide, a manufacturing method thereof, and a dye-sensitized solar cell including the same are provided to diffuse an antimony oxide precursor powder into water in order to arrange an antimony oxide paste, thereby providing environmental friendly manufacturing process using an organic solvent as a dispersing agent. CONSTITUTION: A hydrated antimony oxide is synthesized by mixing an antimony oxide or antimony chloride, a hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution, and a surface active agent. A paste is manufactured by mixing a binder into the hydrated antimony oxide. An antimony oxide particle layer is arranged by heat treating the paste after applying the paste on a conductive transparent substrate. The conductive transparent substrate is dipped in a dye.
