Abstract: PURPOSE: An audio signal broadcasting system and a method thereof are provided to broadcast an audio signal. CONSTITUTION: An audio signal receiver(131) is connected to one or more multimedia devices. The audio signal receiver receives an audio signal from the multimedia device. A network information obtaining unit(132) obtains network information from one or more first client terminals which receive the audio signal. An audio signal broadcasting unit(133) broadcasts the audio signal to one or more second client terminals which communicate with the first client. The audio signal broadcasting unit broadcasts the audio signal related to images outputted by the multimedia device.
