    Abstract: PURPOSE: A photoelectrocatalytic oxidation electrode for treatment of non-degradable waste water and a non-degradable waste water treatment method using the same are provided to prevent the recombination of electrons and holes by creating an electric potential difference and maximize decomposition efficiency of non-degradable material. CONSTITUTION: A photoelectrocatalytic oxidation electrode for treatment of non-degradable waste water comprises a conductive support and a photocatalyst layer. The conductive support is selected from the group consisting of graphite, carbon nanotube, Indium-Tin-Oxide and their mixture. The photocatalyst layer including a first optical catalyst of mesoporous and a TiO2 second optical catalyst of mixed crystal type is formed on the supporter.
