Abstract: PURPOSE: A kit for diagnosing breast cancer using Ubc9 gene or UBC9 protein is provided to measure the expression amount of UBC9 protein and diagnose the breast cancer. CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosing breast cancer comprises primer set of forward primer and reverse primer. The primer set binds with the Ubc9 gene or a part of the Ubc9 gene. A method for diagnosing breast cancer is to measure the mRNA expression level of Ubc9 gene and compare the expression level with that of normal control group.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供用于使用Ubc9基因或UBC9蛋白诊断乳腺癌的试剂盒，以测量UBC9蛋白的表达量并诊断乳腺癌。 构成：用于诊断乳腺癌的试剂盒包括正向引物和反向引物的引物组。 引物组与Ubc9基因或Ubc9基因的一部分结合。 诊断乳腺癌的方法是测量Ubc9基因的mRNA表达水平，并比较正常对照组的表达水平。
