    Abstract: A white organic light emitting device is provided to improve light emitting efficiency and power efficiency by doping AlQ3 on a blue light emitting layer. A white organic light emitting device includes a substrate(110), a positive electrode(120), a positive hole transfer layer(130), an organic light emitting layer(140), an electron transfer layer(150), and a negative electrode(160) which are sequentially stacked. The organic light emitting layer includes a blue light emitting layer(142), a red light emitting layer(146), and a buffer layer(144). An AlQ3 is doped on the blue light emitting layer. The buffer layer is formed between the blue light emitting layer and the red light emitting layer, and adjusts the flow of the positive hole.
