Abstract: PURPOSE: A system information measuring method in a heterogeneous network is provided to reduce a measuring time of system information of surrounding cells. CONSTITUTION: A terminal measures first system information which is broadcasted from one or more cells (S701). The terminal obtains timing information from at least one of the measured first system information (S703). The timing information is information for measuring second system information which is broadcasted from one or more cells. The terminal measures the second system information which is broadcasted from one or more cells based on the obtained timing information (S707).
