Abstract: PURPOSE: A wheel chair is provided to easily pass a bump or a groove using cover plates at both sides of a sub-wheel and to enable easy driving with a small amount rotary power. CONSTITUTION: A wheel chair comprises: a frame(110); a seat(111) mounted in the frame; a foot support(112) which is mounted on the frame and is placed under the seat; a pair of driving wheels(113) which is mounted at both sides of the frame and moves the frame; handles(114) which are mounted at both sides of the frame and generates rotary power; a pair of mechanisms(120) which transfers the rotary power from the handles to the driving wheels; and a sub-wheel(130) which is mounted at the foot support and is place at the front portion of the driving wheel.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供轮椅，以便在子轮的两侧使用盖板轻松通过凸块或凹槽，并能够以少量旋转动力轻松驾驶。 构成：轮椅包括：框架（110）; 安装在所述框架中的座（111） 脚架（112），其安装在框架上并放置在座椅下方; 一对驱动轮（113），其安装在所述框架的两侧并移动所述框架; 手柄（114），其安装在框架的两侧并产生旋转动力; 一对机构（120），其将旋转动力从手柄传递到驱动轮; 以及安装在所述脚支撑件处并位于所述驱动轮的前部的子轮（130）。

Abstract: 본 발명은, 프레임과, 상기 프레임에 설치되는 좌석 및 상기 프레임에 설치되되, 상기 좌석의 하방에 위치하는 발 받침대와 상기 프레임의 양 측에 각각 설치되어, 상기 프레임을 이동시키는 한 쌍의 구동바퀴들과, 상기 프레임의 양 측에 각각 설치되어, 상기 좌석의 탑승자에 의해 양손으로부터 회전되어 회전력을 발생시키는 손잡이들과 상기 손잡이들에 전달되는 회전력을 상기 구동바퀴들에 전달하는 한 쌍의 기어 메커니즘들 및 상기 발 받침대에 설치되며, 상기 구동바퀴들에 전방에 위치하는 보조바퀴를 포함하는 휠체어를 갖는다.
따라서, 보조바퀴의 양 측면에 노출된 커버 플레이트들이 턱이나 홀 등에 걸림 되어 넘어감으로서 턱의 이동이 가능하며, 작은 회전력에도 연동기어를 회전시킴으로서, 장애자나 거동이 불편한 사람도 휠체어를 용이하게 이동시키는 효과를 갖는다.
