Abstract: PURPOSE: A health condition decision device and method of a user are provided to prevent sudden death and to reduce death rate by warning dangerous situation of the user to a protector or marginal man. CONSTITUTION: A voice signal measuring unit measures a voice signal created by a user. A respiration rate measuring unit(13) measures respiration rate from a respiratory signal. A heart rate measurement unit(14) measures movement of the user heart rate from a heartbeat signal. A movement number measuring unit(15) measures movement rate of a user from a movement signal. A controller(16) determines health condition of the user by using one or more rates among the respiration rate, the heart rate, and the movement rate.
