    Abstract: A system and a method for scheduling a multi-site constraint process based on preprocessing are provided to perform scheduling in real-time by accepting various pre/post-constraints of the process and optimize a working process by fully performing a scheduling operation before an order is completed. An initial object generator(10) generates a 1D(Dimensional) array of objects initialized by values including a delimiter among the process, a type, and an area of a product. A selector(100) selects the object of suitability over an average suitability among the generated objects. A genetic operator(200) generates a child solution by crossing or modifying two objects into one object among the selected objects. A changed object updater(300) modifies/reproduces a structure of the child solution by receiving a signal according to an order addition, deletion, or change event. A genetic area searcher(400) improves the suitability by rearranging genes arranged in the regenerated object. A suitability evaluator(500) evaluates total, position, or order suitability of the improved object. A result extractor(700) extracts the object of the best suitability in a present generation by receiving the signal according to an order fixing event.
