Abstract: PURPOSE: A carbon nanotube-polymer composite for patterning, and a patterning method using thereof are provided to directly pattern a carbon nanotube using the dip-pen nanolithography. CONSTITUTION: A carbon nanotube-polymer composite for patterning contains a carbon nanotube dispersion solution in a liquid phase, a surfactant, and a polymer solution with the viscosity. A patterning method for directly patterning the carbon nanotube to a substrate comprises the following steps: preparing a carbon nanotube-polymer composite solution; inducing the physical adsorption of the carbon nanotube-polymer composite solution to the surface of an AFM probe; transferring the carbon nanotube-polymer composite by moving the AFM probe on the substrate; and removing polymer from the carbon nanotube-polymer composite.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供用于图案化的碳纳米管 - 聚合物复合材料及其使用的图案化方法，以使用浸笔纳米光刻直接对碳纳米管进行图案化。 构成：用于图案化的碳纳米管 - 聚合物复合材料包含液相中的碳纳米管分散液，表面活性剂和具有粘度的聚合物溶液。 将碳纳米管直接图案化为基板的图案化方法包括以下步骤：制备碳纳米管 - 聚合物复合溶液; 诱导碳纳米管 - 聚合物复合溶液物理吸附到AFM探针的表面; 通过在基板上移动AFM探针来转移碳纳米管 - 聚合物复合材料; 并从碳纳米管 - 聚合物复合物中除去聚合物。
