Abstract: PURPOSE: An unconstrained electrocardiogram measuring apparatus and system are provided to transmit electrocardiogram data to a server, thereby guaranteeing the behavior of a user. CONSTITUTION: An electrocardiogram sensor(11) measures the electrocardiogram of a user. A memory(13) stores data about the measured electrocardiogram. When an electrocardiogram measuring device is near a server, a transmission module(14) transmits the stored data about the measured electrocardiogram to the server.
