Abstract: An artificial vessel for immobilizing bioactive materials is provided to effectively induce a growth of vein endothelial cell by forming a polymer support layer and a biodegradable coating layer. An artificial vessel includes a polymer support layer consisting of biocompatible polymer modified surface by heparin, vein endothelial cell adhesive peptides, and hydrophilic polymer and a biodegradable coating layer formed on the upper surface of the polymer support layer containing biodegradable polymer, heparin, and vein endothelial cell adhesive peptides. The heparin is any one selected from a group consisting of heparin, recombinant heparin, heparin derivative, and heparin analogue.
