Abstract: PURPOSE: An input device of a communication device is provided to enable a user to manipulate a mobile phone by converting the input mode between a keyboard input mode and a mouse input mode. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(10) inputs a command to a communication device through a touch method. The input mode selection key selects one of a keyboard input mode and a mouse input mode. A controller(20) coverts the input part to the keyboard input mode or the mouse input mode by the input of a selection key. A display unit(12) arranges the input key by the input object.
