Abstract: PURPOSE: A terminal classification device in a recognition femtocell network and a method thereof are provided to transmit and receive data through a queue scheduling method according to a classified access mode by classifying the data according to the access mode of the recognition femtocell network. CONSTITUTION: A transmission and reception unit(210) includes a transmission buffer transmitting data to other networks and a reception buffer receiving the data from other networks.
