Abstract: 롤 포밍 머신의 회전형 다단 롤러 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 롤 포밍 장치는 복수의 롤러 세트들을 이용하여 판재를 소정의 형태로 포밍(forming)하며, 이 때 상기 복수의 롤러 세트들 각각은 복수의 롤러들을 포함하고 각각의 롤러 세트에 포함되는 상기 복수의 롤러들 사이로 상기 판재를 통과시키는 방식으로 상기 판재가 포밍된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 롤 포밍 장치는 하나 이상의 회전형 스탠드 및 하나 이상의 고정형 스탠드를 포함한다. 회전형 스탠드는 두 개 이상의 롤러 세트들을 포함하고, 고정형 스탠드는 고정된 롤러 세트를 포함한다. 상기 회전형 스탠드는 상기 회전형 스탠드에 포함되는 롤러들 중 동일한 위치에 세팅되는 롤러들이 장착되는 두 개 이상의 회전부를 포함하며, 상기 두 개 이상의 회전부를 회전시킴으로써 상기 회전형 스탠드에 세팅되는 롤러 세트가 교체된다. 본 발명에 따른 롤 포밍 장치는 롤러 교체 시간을 단축시킴으로써 생산성을 증대시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Abstract: A roll forming apparatus is provided to increase productivity by reducing the replacement time of rollers, minimize labor, perform a roll replacing operation fast and accurately, and minimize stabilization time(production time of initial defective products) during forming of a product. As a roll forming apparatus for forming a sheet into a predetermined shape using a plurality of roller sets, the plurality of roller sets each comprises a plurality of rollers to form the sheet by passing the sheet between the plurality of rollers included in each of the roller sets, the roll forming apparatus comprises: at least one rotary stand comprising two or more roller sets; and at least one fixed stand comprising a fixed roller set, wherein the rotary stand comprises two or more rotary parts(630,640) on which rollers set on the same position among the rollers included in the rotary stand are mounted, and the two or more rotary parts are rotated to replace a roller set on the rotary stand. The plurality of rollers each comprises first partial rollers and second partial rollers, and the two or more rotary parts each comprises: first rotary plates(631,641) comprising a plurality of first partial roller rotary shafts(635-1,635-2,636-1,636-2) on which first partial rollers of the rollers set on the same position are mounted respectively; second rotary plates(632,642) comprising a plurality of second partial roller rotary shafts(645-1,645-2,646-1,646-2) which are installed correspondingly to the plurality of first partial roller rotary shafts, and on which second partial rollers of the rollers set on the same position are mounted respectively; and rotary plate rotating shafts(633,643) which are installed such that the rotary plate rotating shafts pass through centers of the first and second rotary plates to rotate the rotary parts.
