Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional artificial scaffold, capable of providing an artificial scaffold made of only a pure bioceramic material, by forming a three-dimensional artificial scaffold using artificial scaffold slurry containing bioceramic fine particles as a main component and then sintering the artificial scaffold at a high temperature to remove foreign substances. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing artificial scaffold slurry containing a bioceramic material; heat-treating the prepared artificial scaffold slurry to give flexibility to the artificial scaffold slurry; discharging the heat-treated artificial scaffold slurry using a syringe such that the artificial scaffold slurry is deposited, and hardening the artificial scaffold slurry discharged for each layer using hot air, thereby preparing a three-dimensional artificial scaffold; and sintering the three-dimensional artificial scaffold prepared in the above step, thereby completing a three-dimensional artificial scaffold made of only the pure bioceramic material.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition for a three-dimensional scaffold which has excellent biocompatibility, bioaffinity, and bioactivity resulted from a bio-ceramic material as a main ingredient and can be easily released from a syringe when a scaffold is formed. The composition for a three-dimensional scaffold comprises: 25-35 weight% of bio-ceramic particles; 42-58 weight% of a dispersant provided in a liquid type; 3.6-4.5 weight% of a viscosity agent provided in a powder type; and 13.4-18.5 weight% of a coagulant provided in a gel type.

Abstract: 본 발명은 생체세라믹 미립자를 주성분으로 하는 인공 지지체 슬러리를 이용해 삼차원형상의 인공 지지체를 형성한 후 이물질이 제거되도록 고온에서 소결함으로써, 순수한 생체세라믹만으로 이루어진 인공 지지체를 제공할 수 있게 하는 삼차원 인공 지지체 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 생체세라믹이 포함된 인공 지지체 슬러리를 제조하는 단계; 제조된 상기 인공 지지체 슬러리에 연성(軟性)을 부여하기 위해 열처리하는 단계; 시린지를 이용하여 열처리된 인공 지지체 슬러리를 적층되도록 토출시킴과 아울러 형성되는 각 층마다 토출된 인공 지지체 슬러리를 열풍으로 경화시켜 삼차원 형상의 인공 지지체를 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 단계에서 제조된 삼차원 형상의 인공 지지체를 소결하여 생체세라믹으로만 이루어진 삼차원 인공 지지체를 완성하는 단계;를 포함한다.
