    Abstract: The present invention relates to a simulation method of a high-pressure pump for a common rail, wherein the simulation method comprises: a step of allowing a control part to receive identification information of a common rail engine through an input part; a step of allowing the control part to read the operational condition of the high-pressure pump for a common rail from a memory part; and a step of allowing the control part to operate the high-pressure pump for a common rail based on the read operational condition. The operational condition corresponds to the received identification information. According to the present invention, the high-pressure pump for a common rail can be simulated under the same driving condition of an actual vehicle, thereby guaranteeing the durability life of the high-pressure pump using a simulation result. In addition, the values of electric current and frequency required for the operation of the high-pressure pump for a common rail are changed when the identification information of the high-pressure pump is input, thereby conveniently satisfying the operational condition for each manufacturer.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A thickness measuring jig is provided to precisely measure the thickness of a part by applying a measurement load using a measurement member rather than user's hands. CONSTITUTION: A thickness measuring jig comprises a push rod(1100), a fixing member(1200), an elastic member, a measurement member(1500), a holder(1700), and a positioning screw. One end of the push rod is inserted in a measurement pressure rod(2100) of a dial gauge(2000). The fixing member is inserted to the outer circumference of the push rod on the side in which the measurement pressure rod is inserted. A screw spike(1300) is driven to press the fixing member, thereby pressing and securing the push rod on the measurement pressure rod. The elastic member is inserted to the axial hole of the other end of the push rod. The measurement member is inserted to the axial hole of the other end of the push rod and pressed by the elastic member to protrude to the bottom in the axial direction. The holder is fitted to the exterior of the other end of the push rod and fastened to the push rod with a bolt. The positioning screw is fitted to the push rod on the exterior of the holder.
