Abstract: The present invention relates to an image scanning apparatus which includes a document stand and a scanner module which is movably installed on the document stand, and a multifunction apparatus. The present invention prevents a spacer unit which is formed on the upper side of a spacer from being locked on a document guide, by downwardly moving the spacer installed on both ends of the scanner module by a guide member which is formed on the document guide when the scanner module passes through the lower side of the document guide which is formed between a first glass and a second glass which are formed on the document stand.
