Abstract: A rain visor and an operating method thereof are provided to operate a rain visor according to situations by controlling a motor in a MICOM by using signals transmitted from a rainwater sensor and a window sensor. A rain visor comprises: a rain visor member(110) inserted into and joined in a door frame of a vehicle; a driving part(130) having a motor for controlling the rain visor member; and a MICOM(140) controlling the driving part to control the rain visor member automatically according to the opening degree of a window in raining. The driving part comprises a manual controller(150) outputting signals to the driving part. The manual controller comprises: a manual switch(152) for converting into a manual mode so that a driver directly controls the rain visor member; and a control switch(154) controlling the appearing and disappearing degree of the rain visor.

Abstract: 본 발명은 자동차의 후방에 갖추어진 테일 게이트를 일정한 속도로 열거나 닫을 수 있게 하는 파워 테일 게이트의 정속도 제어 장치 및 그 제어 방법에 관한 것으로, 테일 게이트가 갖추어지고, 상기 테일 게이트와 차량의 본체 사이에 가스 스트럿이 장착된 차량에 있어서, 상기 테일 게이트의 개폐 각도를 감지하는 각 감지부와; 상기 테일 게이트를 차량의 본체로부터 열거나 닫을 수 있으면서, 전동 모터를 구비한 구동부; 상기 테일 게이트의 개폐 속도를 실시간으로 감지하는 홀 센서; 및 상기 각 감지부와 홀 센서로부터 검출된 테일 게이트의 각도와 이동 속도에 따라 상기 전동 모터의 속도를 일정하게 가변시킬 수 있는 제어부로 이루어진다. 이러한 구조로 이루어진 본 발명의 파워 테일 게이트의 정속도 제어 장치 및 그 제어 방법은 내구성이 다소 떨어질 뿐 아니라 외부 환경에 영향을 많이 받는 질소 가스가 삽입된 가스 스트럿 대신에 전동 모터가 구비된 구동부를 사용하여 테일 게이트가 열리고 닫히는 각도에 따라 상기 테일 게이트의 속도를 일정하게 가변시킬 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따른 파워 테일 게이트의 정속도 제어 장치 및 그 제어 방법은 차량이 놓여 있는 외부 환경 즉, 차량이 놓여 있는 기후나 경사도에 상관 없이 상기 테일 게이트를 일정 속도로 제어할 수 있고, 상기 테일 게이트의 반복적인 사용으로 테일 게이트의 이동 수단이 마모되는 현상을 줄일 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for controlling the constant speed of a power tail gate and a method of controlling the same is provided to enable a tail gate to open and close while maintaining a constant speed from the vehicle body, regardless of the climate or the slope of the place where the vehicle is located. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling the constant speed of a power tail gate comprises an angle detecting part(4), a driving part(5), a hall sensor(6), and a controller(7). The angle detecting part senses the opening and closing angles of the tail gate. The driving part opens and closes the tail gate from the vehicle body. The driving part includes an electric motor. The hall sensor senses the opening and closing speeds of the tail gate in real time. The controller constantly varies the speed of the electric motor depending on the angle of the tail gate detected from the angle detecting part and the hall sensor.
