Abstract: 본발명은고체침지렌즈를사용한홀로그래픽데이터기록장치에관한것이다. 본발명의실시예에따른고체침지렌즈를사용한홀로그래픽데이터기록장치는, 빔을조사하는광원수단과, 빔을디스크의기록층에포커싱하는대물렌즈계가구비되는광학수단과, 광원수단과광학수단사이의광경로를형성하는광로형성수단이구비되는홀로그래픽기록장치에있어서, 광로형성수단에구비되며, 광학수단및 디스크측으로입사중인하나의빔을동일한광경로상에서신호빔과기준빔으로분리하는공간광 변조기(SLM, Spatial Light Modulator); 및광학수단에구비되며, 대물렌즈계의개구수(NA, numerical aperture)(NA=nsin&thetas;)를증가시켜디스크의기록층에포커싱되는빔 스폿의사이즈(d=λ/NA)를축소시키는고체침지렌즈(SIL, Solid Immersion Lens);를포함한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A holographic data recording device using a solid immersion lens, a recording method using the same, and a reproducing method using the same are provided to reduce the size of a recorded spot by a nano unit to perform overlapping recording, thereby increasing the storage density of a recording medium. CONSTITUTION: A spatial light modulator(22) is formed in an optical path formation unit(20). The spatial light modulator divides one beam which is incident from an optical unit(30) to a disk(90) into a signal beam and a reference beam in the same optical path. A solid immersion lens(32) is formed in the optical unit. The solid immersion lens increases the NA(Numerical Aperture) of an objective lens system to reduce the size of a beam spot. The beam spot is focused on a recording layer of the disk.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供使用固体浸没透镜的全息数据记录装置,使用该全息数据记录装置的记录方法和使用该全息数据记录装置的再现方法,以通过纳米单元减小记录光斑的尺寸以进行重叠记录,从而增加存储 记录介质的密度。 构成:在光路形成单元(20)中形成空间光调制器(22)。 空间光调制器将从光学单元(30)入射到光盘(90)的一个光束分成相同光路中的信号光束和参考光束。 在光学单元中形成固体浸没透镜(32)。 固体浸没透镜增加了物镜系统的NA(数值孔径),以减小束斑的尺寸。 束点聚焦在盘的记录层上。
