Abstract: 본 발명은 다양한 오염물질이 복합적으로 존재하는 오염된 지반수를 효과적으로 정화하여 지반 외부로 배출하기 위해, 제1공간부(210)와 제2공간부(220) 및 제3공간부(230)로 구획된 배출관 내부에, 반응제(A)와, 흡착제(B) 및 중성화 제재(C)가 각각 상기 각 공간부에 충진되어; 유입공(201)을 통해 상기 제1공간부(210)로 유입된 지반 오염수가, 제1공간부(210) 내에 충진된 반응제(A), 제2공간부(220) 내에 충진된 흡착제(B) 및 제3공간부(230) 내에 충진된 중성화 제재(C)를 순차적으로 거치면서 유출공(231)으로 배출되도록 한 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명에 의한 오염수 배출장치는, 반응제와 흡착제 등이 충진된 카트리지(cartridge) 형태로 구성하여 이들 카트리지를 여러 개 순차적으로 연결하여 오염수가 이 카트리지들을 통과하면서 정화되어 외부로 배출될 수 있도록 구성함으로써, 오염수의 유출이 많은 지역 또는 오염이 심한 지역에서 카트리지 교체가 가능하도록 구성한 것을 또 다른 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A ground contaminated water discharging apparatus is provided to effectively process ground water containing multiple contaminants before discharging to the outside, and to perform a reduction process of chlorinated organic matters and heavy metals. CONSTITUTION: A ground contaminated water discharging apparatus comprises the following: a discharging pipe divided into a first space unit(210) filled with a reaction agent, a second space unit(220) filled with an absorber, and a third space unit(230) filled with a neutralization agent; an inlet(201) for flowing in ground contaminated water to the first space unit; and an outlet for discharging the ground contaminated water after passing through the space units successively connected to each others.
Abstract translation: 目的：提供地下污水排放装置，在排放到外面之前有效处理含有多种污染物的地下水，并进行氯化有机物和重金属的还原过程。 构成：地下污染排水装置包括：排出管，其分为填充有反应剂的第一空间单元（210），填充有吸收体的第二空间单元（220）和第三空间单元（230）， 充满中和剂; 用于将地下污染水流入第一空间单元的入口（201）; 以及在通过相互连接的空间单元之后排出地面污染水的出口。
