Abstract: 본 발명은 (a) 로다민 트롬빈 기질에 혈장을 첨가하는 단계; (b) 트롬보그램(thrombogram)을 얻는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 단계 (b)로부터 트롬빈의 농도를 추론하는 단계를 포함하는 신규한 트롬빈 생성 측정 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명은 반응 혼합물의 볼륨을 극소화하여 반응시간을 현저하게 낮춤으로써 임상적으로 출혈 위험 또는 혈전증의 위험을 빠르게 도출할 수 있다. 본 발명은 종래에 널리 이용되고 있는 PCR 장비를 이용함으로써 부가적으로 고가의 장비를 설치하지 않고도 쉽게 결과를 도출할 수 있다는 이점이 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 트롬빈 생성 측정 키트를 제공한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for measuring the generation of thrombin is provided to quickly diagnose a clinically hemorrhagic risk or thrombosis by minimizing the volume of a reaction mixture and remarkably lowering a reaction time. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring the generation of thrombin comprises the steps of: adding plasma to a rhodamine thrombin substrate; acquiring thrombogram; and deducing the concentration of thrombin. The method additionally comprises the step of mixing a thrombin generation initiator with the rhodamine thrombin substrate.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种测定凝血酶产生的方法，通过最小化反应混合物的体积并显着降低反应时间，快速诊断临床出血性风险或血栓形成。 构成：测定凝血酶产生的方法包括以下步骤：向罗丹明凝血酶底物中加入血浆; 获取血栓; 并推导出凝血酶的浓度。 该方法还包括将凝血酶产生引发剂与罗丹明凝血酶底物混合的步骤。
