Abstract: The present invention relates to a dividing method of a racemic compound which comprises the following steps: producing enzyme immobilized alginate beads using a microflow reactor; and making the alginate beads react with a racemic compound inside a continuous flow reactor. By immobilizing enzymes to microbeads, the usage amount of the enzymes is reduced, the reaction efficiency is increased, and the usage amount of solvents is reduced by removing a post-processing step of separating the enzymes after the reaction. A continuous reaction process of the enzymes using the microflow reactor shows high conversion rate of carbon dioxide compared to a batch-based reaction.
