Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition containing Rubus coreanus Miquel seed oil is provided to suppress mast cell degranulation and cytokine production and to prevent and treat allergy and atopic dermatitis. CONSTITUTION: A composition for anti-allergy and anti-atopic dermatitis contains Rubus coreanus Miquel seed oil. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing and treating atopic dermatitis contains panduratin A of chemical formula 1 or Boesenbergia pandurata extract. Panduratin A is isolated from Boesenbergia pandurata. The atopic dermatitis includes xeroderma, erythema, kiratinization, and pruritus. Pruritus causes mast cell degranulation.
