Abstract: PURPOSE: Liquefied gas mixture for foaming a polymer is provided to secure foaming simplicity and resistance to fire by preventing carbon dioxide included in liquefied foam gas from contacting with foam gas and oxygen and controlling ignition even when a temperature is more than a flashing point. CONSTITUTION: Liquefied gas mixture for foaming a polymer comprises 10-50 parts by weight of liquid carbon dioxide based on 100.0 parts by weight of liquefied foam gas. The liquefied foam gas is selected from liquefied butane, liquefied propane, or their mixture. The liquefied gas mixture is injected into the polymer before a foaming process. The liquefied gas mixture is supplied to an extruder or injection machine using a gear pump.
