    Abstract: PURPOSE: A connector assembly for a high-power pulse and high-voltage signal filter and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase voltage capacity of the connector assembly through surface contact by inserting a connector pin into a connector socket, while limiting the size of the connector assembly to the size of a common connector assembly. CONSTITUTION: A hollow portion(30) is formed at the center of a connector socket(100). Multiple conductive portions(10) are radially arranged around the hollow portion. A dielectric substance(20) is formed in the perimeter of the conductive portion by injection molding. When a connector pin is inserted into the hollow portion of the connector socket, the dielectric substance presses the conductive portion to the connector pin, and thus surface contact between the connector pin and the conductive portion of the connector socket is formed.
