Abstract: A laminated core structure of a motor is provided to suppress core loss due to calking by locating a calking position at the furthest position from a magnetic path as possible. A laminated core structure of a motor(1) includes a stator core(4) and rotor cores(9a,9b). The stator core is provided between a motor flange(2) and a bracket(3) forming a motor case(5). A rotor(6) is provided in the motor case. The rotor is composed of a magnet(8), and the rotor cores. Both sides of the magnet are supported on the rotor cores. The rotor is rotatably supported on an output shaft(7) through bearings(10a,10b) installed in the bracket and the motor flange, respectively. The rotor is concentrically arranged on a shaft line of the stator core.

Abstract: 본 발명은 코어 로스가 가능한 한 코킹함으로써 감소되는 모터의 적층형 코어 구조를 제공한다. 모터의 적층형 코어 구조는 복수의 마그네틱 폴이 중심 방향을 향해 돌출되도록 내주측에 둘레 방향을 따라 고정 간격으로 제공되는 복수의 고정자 철심 박판을 적층하여 형성된 고정자 철심과, 고정자 축심의 축선에 고정자 철심과 동축으로 배치되고 복수의 디스크 형상의 회전자 철심 박판을 적층하여 형성된 회전자 철심을 포함하며, 고정자 철심과 회전자 철심은 복수의 박판을 서로 코킹하여 각각 고정된다. 모터의 적층형 코어 구조에 있어서, 고정자 철심 박판(20)의 코킹 비평탄부(23 및 24)의 중심은 최소 원의 외부에 제공되고 그 반경(r)은 고정자 철심 박판(20)의 중심으로부터 가장 짧은 외부 가장자리까지의 거리이며, 회전자 철심 박판(30)의 코킹 비평탄부의 중심은 고정자 철심 박판(20)의 외부 가장자리(20b)로부터 슬롯 부분(26)까지의 폭(Wy) 보다 큰 회전자의 외부 가장자리(30a)로부터 내부(D)에 제공된다.
