Abstract: An energy saving type hydraulic circuit is provided to improve durability and save manufacturing and maintenance costs by using a low capacity electric motor. An energy saving type hydraulic circuit includes an electric motor(9), a fixed hydraulic pump(8), an actuator(1), an unloading valve(21), and a direction conversion valve(12). The fixed hydraulic pump is connected with the electric motor in one body and is driven in both directions. The actuator is installed on working fluid flowing paths(14,15) connected with the hydraulic pump and is driven by working fluid discharged from the hydraulic pump. The unloading valve is installed on a divergence path(20) connected with the working fluid flowing paths in parallel, opens the divergence path in accordance with a driving signal, and initially drives the electric motor in a no-load state. The direction conversion valve is installed between a hydraulic tank(13) and the working fluid flowing paths.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An energy saving type hydraulic circuit is provided to minimize energy loss by supplying working oil to a hydraulic cylinder using an electric motor. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic cylinder(1) is installed in a flow channel of a hydraulic pump and operated with working fluid of the hydraulic pump. The hydraulic pump is driven according to the rotational direction or speed of an electric motor(10). A branch valve(3) is installed in the flow channel between the hydraulic cylinder and the hydraulic pump and converts a spool according to a control signal from the outside. A generator(16) is axis-connected in a hydraulic motor(17). The hydraulic motor is driven by the working fluid. An electronic control unit(12) drives the branch valve or the electric motor by outputting the control signal.

Abstract: Potential energy restoring device for the hydraulic cylinder and reviving method are provided to save the energy and to improve the efficiency of the oil-hydraulic system since the operating oil amount which is supplied to the hydraulic cylinder is controlled according to the rotational direction and speed of the electric motor. A potential energy restoring device for the hydraulic cylinder comprises an electric motor(50) driven according to the control signal input from outside, a fixed hydraulic pump(51) which is driven while being connected to the electric motor, a hydraulic cylinder(54) which is expanded and contracted by the working fluid discharged according to the rotational direction and speed of the electric motor from the hydraulic pump, a direction selecting valve(56) feeding back the working fluid from the hydraulic cylinder to the pressure-oil tank, a divergence valve(57) in which the inside spool is switched with the control signal input from outside in case the load of the hydraulic cylinder is descended, a hydraulic motor(58) driven by the working fluid fed back through the divergence valve from the hydraulic cylinder, a generator(59) axis-connected in the hydraulic motor, a converter(60) converting the electrical energy generated by the generator through the hydraulic motor into the direct current, a battery(61) charging the direct current transformed with converter, a main controller(ECU) outputting the control signal in order to run the converter, the divergence valve and the electric motor according to the signal input from outside.
