Abstract: 세포배양시스템이개시된다. 본발명의실시예에따른세포배양시스템은세포지지체를표면에수용한제1 관절부및 제2 관절부가서로대향하여위치하는관절부와, 관절부를수용하며세포지지체에서세포를배양하는배양챔버와, 제1 관절부에연장되어결합하는제1 뼈대와, 제2 관절부에연장되어결합하는제2 뼈대와, 제1 뼈대의일단이결합하는제1 지지부와, 제2 뼈대의일단이결합하는제2 지지부와, 제1 지지부및 제2 지지부가슬라이드결합하며수직이동하는메인축을각각포함하는복수의인체관절모사(simulation)부; 및복수의인체관절모사부의제2 뼈대마다연결되어, 제2 뼈대의각도를조절하는굽힘각도조절부를포함한다.

Abstract: Cell culture system and method of a biomimetic bioreactor are disclosed. The cell culture system which cultures joint cells comprises: a joint part which comprises a first joint part in which a first scaffold conjugated on the surface and a second joint part in which a second scaffold is conjugated on the surface facing the first joint part; a culture chamber which receives the joint part and is able to culture cells on a first artificial support and a second artificial support; and a storage unit which is connected with the culture chamber by a connection tube supplies a culture medium for culturing the cells to the culture chamber. The cell culture system is able to effectively culture chondrocytes by realizing a culture medium circulation method, a joint movement structure, a scaffold insertion structure, and a chondrocyte culture to make an optimal culture environment in an in vitro culture chamber in which chondrocytes are cultured.

Abstract: An operation system for cell culture of a biomimetic bioreactor is disclosed. The operation system for culturing joint cells comprises: a joint part with a first joint part in which a first scaffold is conjugated on the surface thereof and a second joint part facing the first joint part, in which a second scaffold is conjugated on the surface thereof; a culture chamber which receives the joint part and is used for culturing cells on the first scaffold and the second scaffold; a first rod which is extended and coupled to the first joint part; a second rod which is extended and coupled to the second joint part facing the first joint part; and a bending angle adjusting unit which adjusts the angle of the first and second rods. The operation system for cell culture is able to effectively culture chondrocytes by forming a joint structure for a culture medium circulation method, a joint movement structure, a scaffold insertion structure, and a chondrocyte culture to make an optimal culture condition in an in vitro culture chamber in which chondrocytes are cultured.
