Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a scaffold is provided to improve interconnectivity between pores and to have desired pore size and porosity. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a scaffold includes a step of putting a plurality of unit collaboration particles having an intended air gap into a desired mold and heating the mold. The unit collaboration particles is selected from a group consisting of poly amino acid, poly anhydride, poly caprolactone, polyorthoester, poly lactic acid, poly glycolic acid, poly lactic acid-glycolic acid copolymer, and their derivatives.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A porous structure manufacturing method is provided to quickly and efficiently manufacture a porous structure having uniform pores. CONSTITUTION: A porous structure manufacturing method comprises: a step of forming a wire network molding(300) by inserting a wire network(200) into a porous mold(100) in which pores are formed in the surface thereof; a step of filling the wire network molding with materials having a porous structure; a step of removing the wire; and a step of removing the porous mold.
