Abstract: PURPOSE: A crushing and air-cooling device for recycling of waste wire resin sheaths is provided to easily construct an equipment line by excluding water cooling and drying processes in a powder crushing process. CONSTITUTION: A primary crusher(100a) receives one of a PE or a PVC waste wire resin sheath. The PE or PVC waste wire resin sheath is separated and molded into a film shape. The primary crusher crushes the molded resin sheath into powder by using a high speed rotating cutter. A secondary crusher(100b) supplies the powder to an inlet of an air-cooling sifter. A tertiary crusher(100c) crushes the powder again using the high speed rotating cutter.
