Abstract: A system and a method for integrally managing a UCC(User Created Contents) type shopping mall platform are provided to enable a user to open/operate an optimal mini shopping mall conveniently and promptly without linking with various additional systems as well as a shopping mall solution by applying the same platform to a plurality of mini shopping malls. A system includes a shopping mall generating server(120), a shopping mall providing server(110), a support system linking module(160), a goods linking module(130), a goods database(150), and a fee management server(140). A client(300-500) is connect to all joint shopping malls generated by the shopping mall generating server with one member ID. The shopping mall generating server adds a common identifier to a rear side of a shopping mall brand/domain in common with all joint shopping malls and includes a discounted price set by a shopping mall operation client(600) to goods information displayed to an initial screen. The fee management server distributes a part of transaction fee to the shopping mall operation client registering goods at first and the shopping mall operation client really selling the goods through sharing the goods information.

Abstract: An EC system for intermediating group purchase and a shopping mall operation system thereof are provided to enable buyers to buy goods at a low price as a group by gathering the buyer to a purchase intermediating group such as an alumni association or a society, and enabling the group to negotiate the goods price with a seller. A shopping mall company(600) provides an online shopping mall and stores a discount rate of the goods registered to the online shopping mall. The seller(200) registers information including goods prices to the shopping mall company. The buyer(100) belongs to the purchase intermediating group(300) and buys the goods at the discounted price by using membership of the group. The shopping mall company includes a shopping mall server, a member information database, a goods information database, a discount information database, and a management server. The management server transmits the discount rate corresponding to credit information of the group to the shopping mall server in case that the connected buyer belongs to the group.
