Abstract: PURPOSE: An inorganic paint composition for concrete is provided to ensure excellent degradation prevention, durability, and water resistance and surface hardness, and to secure chemical resistance and fungus resistance while overcoming the contamination of the surface. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating an inorganic paint composition for concrete comprises the steps of: mixing an aqueous colloidal silica 100.0 parts by weight and water 20~45 parts by weight then raising the temperature of the mixture; preparing a composite colloidal silica by adding a solution mixed with potassium hydroxide 10~20 parts by weight, aluminum hydroxide 0.3~0.9 parts by weight and water 10~30 parts by weight to the heated aqueous colloidal silica and then stirring the mixture; adding organo alkoxysilane 1~8 parts by weight to the aqueous colloidal silica and the stirring the mixture; and adding a fluorosurfactant of chemical formula 1: C_nF_(2n+1)CH_2CH_2SO_3^(-)NH_4^(+), inorganic filler 7~20 parts by weight, synthetic zeolite impregnated with silver 1~10 parts by weight and pigment 1~10 parts by weight.
