Abstract: The present invention provides a preparation method of a ceramic-plate carbon body composite using microwaves, comprising: a step of putting in and dissolving a reformer in a solvent and stirring with a plate carbon body to prepare a surface-reformed plate carbon body; and a step of putting the surface-reformed plate carbon body in a solvent, adding a catalyst and a ceramic precursor, applying microwaves for polymerization to coat the surface of the plate carbon body having the surface reformed by a sol-gel method, with ceramic. Thus, the preparation method of a ceramic-plate carbon body composite using microwaves according to the present invention can uniformly coat the surface of a plate carbon body such as graphite and graphene with ceramic through a sol-gel method by using uniform temperature gradient and rapid heating speed in a reactor using microwaves. Accordingly, the preparation method of a ceramic-plate carbon body composite using microwaves provided in the present invention can remarkably reduce time for synthesis in comparison with the conventional room temperature synthesis method or general heating method, thereby easily and economically preparing a ceramic-plate carbon body composite.
