Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing counter electrodes containing metal-graphene composites with metal nanoparticles. According to the present invention, metal nanoparticles are introduced onto the surface of a graphene electrode coated with graphene powder by using an electro-phoretic deposition method to form metal-graphene composites. A method of manufacturing counter electrodes containing metal-graphene composites with metal nanoparticles not only accurately controls the introduction of more uniform and dense metal nanoparticles compared to an existing physical or chemical method of introducing metal nanoparticles, but also achieves metal/graphene composites having more electrochemical properties compared to existing composites. Also, this method can be applied to graphene manufactured by various methods. This manufacturing process is easily carried out at low costs, thereby creating a high value-added product applied to various fields.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a graphene/TiO2 composite. According to the present invention, an effect of having high surface area and crystal form and having excellent optical properties and electrochemical properties is obtained, by dispersing graphene oxide or graphene acid treated after reduction of the graphene oxide, and growing TiO2 particles on an inorganic graphene surface by using a TiO2 precursor,through hydrothermal synthesis.

본발명은탄화섬유/그래핀복합체의제조방법과이에의해제조된탄화섬유/그래핀복합체및 유기섬유/그래핀옥사이드복합체에관한것에관한것으로서, 상기와같은본 발명에따르면, 유기섬유에그래핀옥사이드콜로이드용액을코팅시키고열처리하는간단한공정에의해뛰어난기계적물성과전기화학적특성을갖는탄화섬유/그래핀복합체의제조방법과탄화섬유/그래핀복합체및 유기섬유/그래핀옥사이드복합체를제공할수 있다. 또한, 본발명에따른탄화섬유/그래핀복합체는섬유표면의그래핀구조로인하여우수한물성을지니는복합체로써난연섬유및 전자파차폐를위한섬유로활용될수 있고, 수처리용나노필터, 에너지저장용전극담체, 각종촉매의담체및 지지체등 다양한분야에서응용이가능하여고부가가치를창출할수 있다.
