본 발명은 생두를 원두로 로스팅하고, 로스팅된 원두를 분쇄하여 커피화시키는 커피메이트시스템에 관한 것으로 그 시스템에서 커피를 직접적으로 로스팅해주는 생두로스터에 관한 것이다. 특히, 본 발명은 자동으로 다종의 생두를 각각 별도로 로스팅하고, 로스팅된 원두를 종류별로 분쇄하며, 분쇄된 원두를 선택하여 커피로 끓여 소비자가 보다 우수한 커피의 맛을 즐길 수 있도록 하는 커피메이트시스템에 적용되어, 고온의 열풍을 이용하여 커피를 로스팅해주고, 로스팅된 원두를 분배유닛으로 공급하기 위한 생두를 커피로 자동 생산하여 소비자에게 전달하는 커피메이트시스템의 생두로스터에 관한 것이다. 나아가 본 발명의 생두로스터는 열풍을 이용하여 생두를 원두로 생산하기에, 커피가 로스팅 도중에 부서지지 않고, 일부가 많이 익고 일부는 덜 익는 현상이 발생되지 않으며, 소비자의 기호에 따라 원두의 파손없이 로스팅의 량을 용이하게 조절할 수 있는 생두를 커피로 자동 생산하여 소비자에게 전달하는 커피메이트시스템의 생두로스터에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a coffee mate system which roasts a raw coffee bean, and grinds the roasted coffee to make a coffee powder; and a supply unit of the coffee mate system in order to supply the roasted coffee to the coffee mate by selecting the roasted coffee quantitatively to produce the coffee. Particularly, the present invention is relates to the coffee bean supply unit of the coffee mate system which transfers the coffee to clients by automatically producing the coffee from raw coffee beans; and comprises by roasting a raw coffee bean which is produced from crop and drying; storing the roasted coffee bean in a cargo box by selecting one coffee supply unit from multiple coffee supply units; transferring the supplied coffee bean to the coffee mate through the air which flows from the blower; and helping to manufacture the coffee fully automatically. Abstract:
The present invention relates to a raw coffee bean roaster in a coffee mate system of directly roasting the coffee bean and grinding the roasted coffee bean to make a coffee. More specifically, the present invention is applied to the coffee bean roaster of the coffee mate system by automatically roasting various kinds of coffee bean separately; grinding the roasted coffee bean assortatively; selecting the ground coffee bean and boiling to provide the best taste of coffee to consumers. The present invention relates to the bean roaster of the coffee mate system, roasting the coffee bean and providing the roasted coffee bean to a distributing unit by using a hot air. Moreover, in the raw coffee bean roaster of a coffee mate system, the coffee bean is not crumbled and evenly roasted by using a hot air while roasting, thereby adjusting the intensity of roasting without damaging the raw coffee bean according to the preference of the consumer and automatically producing the coffee from the raw coffee bean and delivering to the consumer.

The present invention relates to a coffee machine system which roasts coffee beans and produces coffee by grinding the roasted coffee beans and more specifically, to a coffee-bean supply unit of the coffee machine system which quantitatively selects coffee beans and supplies the selected coffee beans to a roasting device for producing coffee with the system. When harvested and dried coffee beans are inputted into the inside of a container, the present invention accurately measures the coffee beans inside the container and discharges a necessary amount of the coffee beans downward in order to automatically supply the measured coffee beans to the roasting device; and distinguishes and quantitatively supplies various kinds of coffee beans when a customer wants to taste coffee in which different kinds of coffee beans are mixed.
