Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and a system for EC(Electric Commerce) using an e-mail address are provided to make a customer conveniently connect to a counselor and to automatically receive the e-mail address of the customer by clicking a counselor connection icon included in a mail sent to the customer. CONSTITUTION: The system sends the mail including the counselor connection icon to the customer(S110). A mail server receives the e-mail address of the customer by clicking the icon(S130). An application server tries to log in to a counseling window by using the e-mail address as a key value(S140). If the customer logs in to the counseling window, the customer information from a database pops up on a counselor's terminal and the counselor connects to the counseling window(S160). The counselor counsels with the customer connected through the counseling window(S170). After the counseling, the use information of the customer is stored and the counseling is ended(S240).

Abstract: 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 음식물 보관장치는, 내측용기와 외측용기 사이에 공간을 형성하고 이 공간에 물과 같은 액체물질을 채워넣기 때문에 외부에서 내측용기 측으로 유입되는 공기를 완전히 차단할 수 있다.
또한 내측용기와 외측용기 그 자체를 공기층을 갖는 2중 구조로 하므로서 열차단 효과도 얻을 수 있다.
이와 같이 공기를 완전히 차단하고 열차단 효율이 높은 용기를 사용하여 음식물을 보관하게 되면 보관시의 음식물 상태룰 거의 그대로 유지할 수 있어 음식물의 신선도를 유지하는데 효과적이다. 이러한 방식은 전기에너지를 사용하지 않으므로 운반시나 야외에서 음식물을 신선하게 보관하는데 유용하다.
게다가 공기의 흐름이 내측용기의 내측에서 외측으로도 차단되므로 내측용기에 담겨진 음식물의 냄새가 실내로 나오는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
