Abstract: PURPOSE: A loading plate for silicon nitride reaction bond and a nitriding method thereof are provided to improve nitridation rate of powder molding test samples and to form pure sinter. CONSTITUTION: A loading plate for silicon nitride reaction sintering (10) comprises a substrate (11) and multiple protrusion parts (12) arranged in a grid form with distance on a substrate. The upper side and the protrusion part of the substrate are coated with boron nitride (BN). The substrate and protrusion part include graphite.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a negative temperature coefficient thermistor with a wide temperature measurement range. Abstract: The present invention relates to an internal combustion engine and a manufacturing method thereof capable of decomposing exhaust gas which is generated after a combustion by increasing combustion efficiency and activating a catalyst from energy which is generated during the combustion.
