Abstract: PURPOSE: Device and method for patterning the surface of a metal, and metal part manufactured using the same are provided to enhance friction and scuffing properties of the surface of a metal since one of patterns of a line, a honeycomb, and a combination of a dimple and the honeycomb is formed on the surface of the metal by laser. CONSTITUTION: A device for patterning the surface of a metal comprises a storage unit(104), a control unit(102), and a laser processing unit(106). The storage unit stores patterns of a line, a honeycomb, and a combination of a dimple and the honeycomb. The control unit extracts the stored pattern information. The control unit supplies a processing control signal to form one of the patterns. The laser processing unit forms a pattern on the surface of a metallic part through laser processing according to the supplied processing control signal.

Abstract: 본 발명의 바람직한 일실시예의 전기 자동차용 자동 충전 시스템에 따르면, 전기 자동차 및 충전 시스템간의 양방향 통신에 의해 편리하게 자동 충전할 수 있어 전기 자동차 충전 시 발생하는 번거로움을 감소시킬 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따르면 자동 충전 시스템을 설치함에 있어서 충전 로봇을 지상이 아닌 천장에 설치하는 것에 의해 전기 자동차의 위치에 관계없이 편리하게 이용 가능하여 공간 활용도를 높일 수 있다.
본 발명의 바람직한 일실시예의 전기 자동차용 자동 충전 시스템은 상기 전기 자동차를 충전하는 다축 자유도를 구비한 충전 로봇; 및 상기 충전 로봇이 설치되고, 전기선이 구비되어 전기를 상기 충전 로봇으로 전달하는 레일;을 포함하되, 상기 레일은 상기 전기 자동차의 주차 위치의 상부에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
