Abstract: 본 발명은 자동차용 수용성 제진재 조성물에 관한 것으로, 아크릴 수지 에멀젼 20 내지 30 중량%, 알키드, 우레탄 또는 에폭시 변성 아크릴 수지 5 내지 15 중량%, 경화제 2 내지 3 중량%, 무기 미립 충진재 40 내지 60 중량% 및 중공 세라믹 충진재 3 내지 5 중량%를 포함하는 본 발명의 자동차용 제진재 조성물은 자동차에 도포하여 가열경화시 우수한 제진성능을 나타내며 자동차의 경량화 효과도 함께 얻을 수 있을 뿐 아니라 공장 자동화를 가능하게 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is an aqueous dedusting composition for vehicle, which shows excellent dedusting ability when the composition is sprayed on the vehicle and heated and cured, and gives lightening effect on vehicle. CONSTITUTION: The aqueous dedusting agent composition comprises; 20-30wt.% of an acryl resin emulsion having a glass transition temperature of 10-50deg.C, an average particle size of 0.05-0.3 micrometer, and a weight average molecular weight of 100,000-600,000g/mol; 5-15wt.% of alkyd, urethane, or an epoxy-modified acryl resin having a glass transition temperature of 10-40deg.C and a weight average molecular weight of 150,000-500,000g/mol; 2-3wt.% of a curing agent such as melamine-based compounds; 40-60wt.% of an inorganic fine particle filler selected from the group consisting of calcium carbonate, clay, barium sulfate, talc, mica, kaolin, diatomite, and bentonite; 3-5wt.% of a hollow ceramic filler having an average particle size of 50-300 micrometer and a specific gravity of 0.4-0.7.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种车辆用水性除尘组合物，当组合物喷洒在车辆上并加热固化时，具有优异的除尘能力，对车辆起到减轻作用。 构成：含水除尘剂组合物包括： 20-30重量％的玻璃化转变温度为10-50℃，平均粒度为0.05-0.3微米，重均分子量为100,000-600,000克/摩尔的丙烯酸树脂乳液; 5-15重量％的醇酸树脂，聚氨酯或玻璃化转变温度为10-40℃，重均分子量为150,000-500,000g / mol的环氧改性丙烯酸树脂; 2-3重量％的固化剂如三聚氰胺基化合物; 40-60重量％的选自碳酸钙，粘土，硫酸钡，滑石，云母，高岭土，硅藻土和膨润土的无机细粒填料; 3-5重量％的平均粒度为50-300微米，比重为0.4-0.7的中空陶瓷填料。
