    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing BixTe3-ySey nanocompound thermoelectric materials and the nanocompound thermoelectric materials manufactured by the same are provided to control a temperature to show the maximum thermoelectric performance index by controlling the charge carrier density of a nanocompound.
