    Abstract: Provided in the present invention is a localized surface plasmon resonance sensor (LSPR sensor) which comprises: a substrate having multiple nanoparticles separately arranged from each other at one side; a nanowire structure formed along a chip of the nanoparticles; a receptor connected to the nanowire structure, and recognizing and combining with a target sample material; a sensing body fixing the receptor on the nanowire structure and increasing the sensitivity of the target sample material. Therefore, the sensitivity of the sensor can be increased and the target sample material can be digitized and detected by immobilizing a single antibody, by increasing the probability of an interaction between target sample materials and detecting materials.
